@sandra Emma Boston FO, it took them 9 days from receiving the Medicals until they changed the status to card being produced

congratulations! I have the exact same priority date as you( November 2,2020) for EB3-1. I-140 got approved in April and I submitted my medical RFE last week. I am hoping I get the green card by the end of the fiscal year.
