Finally! The day has come! GC approved
After some grueling days where I couldn’t sleep, I just got the update that my greencard got approved. I was stressed AF! all I can say is, it was extremely stressful, but, I’m glad this is over, I wish the best to everyone!

nice - for me USCIS received medical RFE docs on Sep 14. holding out hope that we get our approval next few days. what time is day did you see it change to approved? earlier in day or later?

I got Medical RFE on 09/14, send it on 09/26, it’s showing “correspondance received” on 09/28, hopefully the approval comes soon!

@Vis, they have 90 days to acknowledge the receipt of your documents in response to the RFE, if after this time, you see no change, you should call USCIS

@Carlos, sure, funny thing is ,uscis called me on 3rd aug and told me that we are sending RFE , in the meantime start working on medicals, one side they are trying to utlize as many as gc's before 30th September and other side holding applications. 🤔

@Vis yeah interesting, I received a few texts late July early August, but clearly see some others who submitted their medical RFE over last few weeks have received approvals already

@Vik Submit my I485 I131 I765 on 05/24, Bio on 08/11, Received Medical RFE on 09/14, RFE Response mailed on 09/26, USCIS received RFE response on 09/28, Status changed to “correspondance received” right after the package was delivered by FedEx, and “Card being produced” Today 09/30 at 7pm EST. it’s showing status changed 18hrs ago, so I assume they approved it yesterday 09/29, but USCIS takes some time until status update on website.
