Finally!!
My husband and I have 35 yrs of age gap. We were interviewed last monday at Helena, MT. The officer was really nice. We were in the officer’s office for about an hour. She didn’t asked a lot of questions. She just went through all of our evidences. The evidence that we gave her are Bank statements, Vehicle title, few pictures, 2021 Tax return, phone bills, and a letter from my mother-in-law about our living situation.

thank you! no, we were not approved on the spot. Our interview was last monday and we got approved today.

@hy s, I got a notif from case tracker and after being notified, I checked my uscis account right away to see if it’s true. And i saw the approval letter in my uscis account which will be mailed to me in few days. :)

who is older? you or your hubby? I’m older than my hubby with 10 yrs and I heard it’s a red flag.

my husband is older than me. I don’t think it’ll be a red flag. I was worried before our imterview because i thought that age gap is a big deal. But during our interview, all of our worries went away. Just bring all of your evidence. We brought a lot of evidence with us but the officer just took a few things.
