congratulations ! can you tell me your I 131 first case numbers please? Im June 7 and I’m so frustrated !

I did submit and expedite request and got a letter from my congressperson but I never heard back about either of those so I’m not sure if it made any difference! The status was biometrics for the longest time! My MSC ended in 144. Definitely try getting an expedite request & congress person to hurry it along!

I submitted the expedite evidence at the end of December. The week before Christmas.

I submitted the expedite request evidence at the end of December and I reached out to my congress person at the beginning of December. I heard back from my congressperson saying that they had contacted USCIS at the beginning of January. So that took about a month. I hope this helps you! did you receive your EAD in mail?

Yes! I got a tracking number from this app and followed it using the USPS website. It was delivered to my door.

if you dont mind me asking, when did you get the update for a tracking number and when was it delivered. Can you share your timeline?

It was about a week between getting the tracking number here and having the card in my hand. It happened very quickly.

so it took you a while to go from approved to getting the card in hand.
