Finally my eb13 got approved .
Came to this country in 2006 and finally being in and out in various Non immigrat visa finally my i140 is approved. Dream come true. Thanks lord

no ead .. yes concurrent filing. in fact Lin and src have temporary stopped ead for c9 to concentrate on i140

Congratulations.
My also almost same timeline. All concurrent filling. i 140 765 131 485. May 2021. EB1C category. Biometrics done in June 2021. Medical letter received in Sept 2021 medical submitted Oct 2021.
waiting for approval. Nebraska. Hope i get it soon for all together.

medicals were filed along with i485. i485 no updates
