Hi @ red congrats pls can you tell how you sent your the video and audio to them ? so I can also send mine. Lawyers don’t usually send audio or video. was your video and audio prove assault or threat thank you

@y j … I’m aware that they said USCIS don’t accept audio or video … but who can prove that they don’t check it out ? I sent a description of what the officer expect to hear in the audio & the video, I sent it in /USB flash memory/CD I mentioned at my declaration the dates and time they occur. I also sent text messages that clearly prove that I was abused. also a friend affidavit. I heard that you can send a transcript of what’s in the video with video screen shots but I didn’t do that. I’m not sure if the officer did check my video & audio out. cause I have other proves but I sent it anyway. I also sent a report shows that my abuser has a history of violence ( it was an old case ) before we get married. I found it after I did a background check on my absuer. but I didn’t have any police reports. I hope this helps

@Tintin you just do it online using your spouse information. it’s about 40$ or 60$ I don’t remember. and you will get a report showing you the history… it’s legal

red dead@ what did you send to proof of real marriage ?

@hope hmm joint tax , photos, lease, joint insurance, medical reports has both names, my spouse changed her last name to mine so I sent that as well. friends affidavits that know both of us with their ID attached to it.

red dead@ my documents were same, I am really tired of long waiting, so far haven’t have any RFE, hope I get my approval soon .

@ red dead I have been married with spouse only been 2 month she abusing me I don’t have joint lease or anything on our name because I don’t have work permit and my passport but I have marriage certificate and wedding photos and videos can I proof that with affidavit that will be work you think I will be eligible

@Kamaldeep try and text and get evidence or any person that has witness the abuse. you need to start to figure how to get evidence and any prove you leave together like post office deliver signed for. friends or family sends you mail etc any health records that’s show your wife as emergency contact ask her if she can had you on property insurance, get a joint phone bill, or friends that visit write a statement

@kamaldeep you file vawa as emotional, verbal and financial abused ,then you get a therapist to evaluate you ,at this point you will need a lawyer ( lawyer brad) check him on YouTube and hope you have the marriage certificate , wedding pictures with you and bills you paid for,like rent
