Some extra details: 3/1 congressman inquiry 3/9 moved to NBC 3/30 congressman inquiry 4/2022 somewhere in the month to LA field office 4/15 congressman inquiry 4/22 RFE 5/25 congressman inquiry 5/27 approval

What was the RFE about?

medicals. I filed without

I think if you had filed medical with I485, it would have been approved in April I think

I think so too. kind of regret rushing to it there in that sense.

you are a week after so they are getting there! i asked through congressman maybe try that route it seemed to work on my case every step

my congress person only wants to inquire one per month, you’re lucky! still stuck at NBC after my transfer from TSC on April 26th. no field office yet.

you might not be stuck you just don't know it. my case was moved to LA but only found out because congressman asked. and it took for some reason like 2 weeks to ship case so maybe same with you and you are at a field office

and uscis doesn't tell you all the time if at field office Emma told me I'm at nbc many times and rfe and everything at field office

case transfer to NBC on April 21. but no field office yet. Asked Emma and live chat dozen any reasons plz?

my case was transferred from tsc to nbc on 4/26 too. i called them last week and the rep told me it was sent to my FO. I call today and they tell me it was received at NBC on 5/24 and it is still there. makes no freaking sense. I interfiled my medicals last week to the FO so I am hoping they will still receive the paperwork at NBC. it is just unbelievably stupid how they operate 💆🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

congratulations niko, when did toy send the medicals exams?

they send the request on 4/22. i had them done on November/2021. they received on 5/2 and updated status on 5/10.
