@shining star read the post first was denied boarding before 3 months after I got redress number and FDL letter I booked tickets and flyed with boarding approved

did u attend interview at us embassy?

@nick d everybody has to do that no option without interview even if you have DHS letter you cannot fly coz main approval letter you will only get from us consulate to fly

@ you cannot do it by yourself I tried but nothing happened had hired a lawyer for everything for DHS letter and us consulate appointment dates and he only booked my tickets with boarding approval letter…

@poky loky DHS letter almost 1.5 months and then it depends how fast you get appointment for us consulate because for this appointment you cannot pay more money like for early dates how people pay for b1/b2

Hi Sandip, I need your help please. I was denied boarding twice. I already got my DHS TRIP Redress Number. I have an I-131A appointment at the U.S. Consulate on the 30th and paid the $560 fee. Do I need to attend an interview to get the FDLletter? What documents did you provide at the interview? Should I tell them my EAD/Advance Parole card was lost, or just explain that I was denied boarding twice? I only need the FDL letter so I can travel. Please share your experience. Thank you!

hi Friends anyone attended the US consulate interview ,after that we don't any problems of our past history in USA

I got mail from CBP office @delhi about inperson interview and they said will give appointment but it takes few days to weeks

and my doubts about they will approve my request please give me some information about this volunteer interview program

am mailed directly to CBP @ delhi office after that they sent mail to me and they asking for inperson interview at only in Delhi then I mailed them back I would able to attend interview

they will send me a mail and it’s take a several weeks that’s what they mentioned on mail

same here. I re-entered the U.S. with Advance Parole on Sunday without any issues. After taking my fingerprints and photo, the officer asked why I had applied for VAWA. The whole interview took less than two minutes. He then said, “Have a good night,” and allowed me to enter. JFK
