@ Nana the RFE was for me to submit notary letters or more like attestations from family and friends that attended my marriage. the lawyer didn’t submit that the first time the petition was filed

@ Dee my wife attended the interview. she’s the petitioner. it was weird that USCIS interviewed her cos I’ve never been to the US. her field office is in San Bernardino

Yeah kind of weird really...cos from your narrative, you should be attending an interview in your home country through NVC..with or without your spouse.
