FINALLY i 130 standalone approved yesterday
hello, my i130 was approved yesterday, i received 2nd case processing and the approval notice was in the document tab but status not updated yet. PD December 2022 filed under F2A, upgraded to immediate relative I’m hiring an attorney for next step adjustment of status I485 and I765. Wish you and myself all the luck !

@Taynara Mourao i sent the upgrade letter to California center on April 19th, then i got rfe from texas on May 28th asking for the naturalization proof again even though i sent it already to California with the letter. they received rfe response on june 20th and August 4th got the approval
