congratulations!! mine transferred to National benefits on July 19th and to field office on aug 1 and no response yet

I never got a message of transfer to a field office. How did you find out? I got a 797C about transfer to NBC.

I thought so but it is going to be close to a month now in another 7 days

I am chatting every other day to get the status but I am not sure if I can do it more frequently

Is the FO near you? if not you can be sure there will not be an interview but they sent it to a FO with less backlog.

I don’t want the live representatives to get upset and document it, do you have any idea about how often I can call them or it doesn’t matter

just be patient. There will be an update soon. Either you'll get something like ready for interview or a case décision. no need to call them daily.
