my PD is 16 august,2022. still showed pending status after retrogression. anybody can help to inform which PD cases are approving? how can November cases got approved?

congrats bro. I am from eth. is concurrently better than a separate application in NIW? did you apply with lawyers or without, i140 & i485. how about dependant being outside US? can you give me more info of the steps in such a case please?
