Finally got response from Attorney about RFE
It took me 3 texts, 2 emails and 2 phone calls to finally talk to my attorney office about my RFE.
USCIS marked the selection requesting more evidence for “Battery and/or Ectreme Cruelty”.
So I have to show more proof. :(
This coming Saturday I have another call with my Attorney office to go over my statement and then they are sending me to a psychologist.
I really don’t know what to expect. I am trying to stay hopeful, but I am also trying to prepare myself if they deny my case. That will I guess be the end of my journey here and I will have to make plans to sell everything I have worked so hard for and return to my home country.
It is in God’s hands.

They will not deny your case. I got notification for 2nd RFE as well and I am positive that this is one step closer to Green card! We got this!!! I don't rely too much on attorney, she is putting me down everytime I call her. I should sue her for discrimination already. :D

why your attorney sending you psychologist now? did you go before?

You can find a psychologist on your native language if it's easier for you and translate the statement on English. I did the same.

I got the same rfe, stay positive
all you need to submit is your previous psychology evaluation, 3 or more affidavits from family and friends witnessing or knowing about the abuse and you personal declaration

My attorney never sent me to the psychologist before this is my first time. I will see the psychologist in maybe 2 weeks. They have the psychologist they want me to go to.
I submitted the 3 affidavits from family during beginning of my case.

I will find out my appointment date with the psychologist on Monday. It will be soon because my Attorney must have the report back by 18 of August. USCIS has to receive everything by 21 of September.
My question is I wonder how long it will take USCIS to approve or decline my case when they get the new evidence. Anyone have a idea?

your attorney must be weak. he should of advice you about psychological evaluation when you applied first. make sure you don’t pay them nothing

@Odogwu Indy I didn’t know that I needed to. And maybe even some embarrassment for myself. For a man to be in this position it is hard mentally to understand and accept. I didn’t know that going would help my case. That is why my attorney had to tell me.
May be my own ego that caused my embarrassment.
