congrats I did biometrics June 14 haven’t gotten my ead yet

Thanks Latoya, i think NBC processes EAD by the receipt date. They are now processing early Nov last year.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Usually I see people going for biometrics once and it's applied to both I-485 and I-765. Do you know what might be the reason you had two separate biometrics appointments? Especially that there was a long gap between them.

@Bob. I think it might be the app error, I actually did only once on July 21 at ASC Elizabeth NJ

@Bob The status did show that finger prints were applied to all the forms.

@AL that mean u have a long way to go I might get interview date before ead then

congrats, did u expedite the i485? and when your status of the i485 changed to case is ready to be schedule for an interview? am october filler and ready since end of may

I just woke up to case is ready to be schedule for an interview. how long before they would send ead? how long before they will schedule this. pd March 02 nbc

@Ahmed Thanks! no i didn't expedite 485. i did expedite 765 but got no response. did you get your EAD?maybe you can file an out of processing request?

@Ahmed there was 2 weeks apart between ready to schedule interview and interview scheduled. My field office was supposed to be Newark nj but they actually made it to field office Mount Laurel NJ.

mine was ready to schedule on August 6 and scheduled on August 10. like 4 days between. field office is Dallas Texas. service center is NBC

@charol. thanks! it will be 9th. my interview was scheduled surprisingly earlier than i expected honestly. my fo is supposed to be Newark based on my zipcode but it was assigned to Mount Laurel nj. i guess,it was because of the huge backlog at Newark fo.

my field office seems Newark too but ı am quiet nervous about big backlogs… But it’s good sign that they change the field offices…
