I dont see document tab either when logging in on my mobile phone, only 3 options, like case tracker and FAQ and more information :( Maybe it only works when logging in from a laptop or computer.

it depends on country, approximately it takes 3 months. u waiting for visa since 2020? or how?

when u check ur case in online account u can see document section above case status

your field office is Orlando? After you sent the RFE, how long did it take to be approved?
