Finally done with my journey for now.
Now I can call myself permanent resident of USA. Just got a message that green card is approved. I am so happy about it. mandamus didn't work, congressman didn't work. all what worked was patience and perseverance. guys just be hopeful and your good days will come.

@tired from waitingg so what happened was i applied for mandamus in April and this fuckong DA of new mexico, she is been like you haven't served right. I have served her 4 different times. the court was like I didn't serve them right. need to serve them and I didn't hear anything from DA or court since September. so that case is hanging there. and I don't care anymore
