@O A thx, i meant status before tps, for example if someone is pending asylum and applied to tps after 6 months Nd then applied to eb3. i read online that location matters. thx for the insights in advance

@abu kai oooh lol I thought you were talking about changing employer after 6 months of pending 485. I am not familiar with the 6 months status before tps. I had a linear and straightforward change from F1 to TPS if that helps No gaps at all in my status

@O A I think you can change employers immediately if the role is the same . the 6 months is just a good approach I thought that is what I heard .
