congratulations am still waiting for my green card never received a letter for reference every time I call or sent inquiry, no reply , got approve I _360 in 2018 renew my work permit 3 time already , still no sign of my green card ,don't know what I should do

Hi @Humble Kay, firstly many congratulations. Really happy for you. I have a question that was your VAWA under special immigration? Because many people from December 2019 are still waiting for their approval and your was of November 2020. Confused with the processing time!

@easy4God Interview was prerty easy. Asked for my I 693 because it wasn't submitted initially, ask me some questions on I 485 , where I work at , if am still married. Mostly about me and I was out in less than 30 mins. Nothing about my husband.

@JJ J i submited a whole lot . when I was done putting together my documents it weighed about 2 lbs. 2 lbs of paper is no joke. But pretty much all my facts to support good moral. lease agreement rent receipts , postcards we share with each other , abundance of pictures, letters from friends and family, invitations from wedding, letters from my parents. detail letter from myself.

@aaa nnn hmm... nothing after your approval for I 360. that is an automatic GC. do you have a lawyer? make sure you are contacting the right department. vawa is treated differently like a special case. do some research and act NOW!!

@h p - I have been married to a US citizen for almost 6 years. So we have alot under our belt. Hope that helped.

Mine was originally at Vermont but it's at NVC my PD was from February 6, 2013 9yrs now my mother is the petioner I am over 21 yrs old I am an unmarried daughter of a US citizen I130 case I am living in Jamaica the process is taking so long I have done everything biometric photos civil documents everything I just need to get my letter for my interview date. frustrating bad trust me nerve rocking too

@humble Kay if you were answering me it's not a spouse it's my mother she is living in the US and I am living outside the US Jamaica that's were I am living she is a US citizen

@ Jj j I submitted my personal declaration, letters from my parents , letters from a lawyer, letters from person who knew both of us, letters from my cousins who knew of the situation, Doctors notes, lease agreements, rent receipts, postcards from my husband, work letters, recommendations, work paystubs, work letters. I will review my list and add what is missing.

@my case was they asked me my full name which was already on the form, my parents name , if am still married , where do I work, where I landed when I came here, and the regular question on the I-485, took my medical because it was deficient and thats it.
