Thank you s h my attorney submitted both forms i 130 and spouse supplement form , birth certificate original and translated and notrized both of us , marraige certificate original and translated notarized both , marriage photographs, video call screenshots pictures, wedding invitations cards , wedding shoping receipts . my 3 year tax documents , copy of green card , copy of state id , copy of my ssn , copy of my husband passport , copy of my husband spain 🇪🇸 residency documents thats all i sent with NOID response! I hired a attorney and they did everything behalf of me ! hope it helps !

Hey Nav Kaur Mine i130 petition is also in california service center nd it’s already been 500 days nd i don’t get any it’s been actively reviewed by 20 feb 2022 nd i submited it on 17 may 2021 for f2a category permanent resident filling for child or spouse under 21 please help me what should i do.

@saurav singh. did you get any RFE request or NOID notice after 1st actievly review and also did you file youself or hire any attorney ! i am not sure my case was in California service center or another i am waiting for my approval letter then i will let you exactly what service center was because lot of confusion I received 2 notice both are from different service centers ! i will update soon

@saurav singh yes exactly same ! Reciving letter from california service center and NOID notice from Nebraska service center! Hopefully you will received approval soon ! my husband case got firs active review on march 5,2022 and then I received NOID notice on june6th,2022 then i got second active review and rigjt after i got approval !

@Angy Angy there was some erros in my i 130 form and they ask to complete spouse supplemental form again ask for copy of my green card again birth certificates both of us marriage certificate copy of original and translated with notrized!
