I think when they said they ran out of visa as of September 6, they meant they had allotted visas to cases, and those cases would be adjudicated throughout the rest of September.

@Fabio PC - RFE was about my proposed endeavor. USCIS asked to submit evidence to establish that the beneficiary is well positioned to advance the proposed endeavor.

@Fabio PC - USCIS received my RFE on 8th June and approved on 13th June.

@Ryan’s journey 111 - I initially sent my I-485 at NBC (Dec 23rd, 2021) but was transferred to Texas after a week (Dec 27th, 2021). Again after I-140 approval case was transferred back to NBC ((Aug 1st, 2022). Yeah I think you are right, they had already allotted to visas to cases and adjudicating those during the rest of September.

@Trini - Thank You! Yes I did talk to USCIS agent through Emma while waiting but got nothing more information than what it showed in case status. No gain at all.

congratulations. I have RFE too, proposed endeavor, did you have to include a professional plan or model? if yes, is it possible to reach you directly?

@T4tee Ak - I didn't include any professional plan or model. I have filed my petition through Chen immigration and response to RFE was prepared by them. Only documents I have provided as evidence for RFE was testimonial letters from my current PI and some collaborators. Chen immigration prepared very well response to RFE and my case was approved within a week after submission of it.

I think the reason why you got a quick response for you rfe was because uscis only has one prong to answer not all the prongs

I suspected that it was already approved even before you sent the rfe response. they just needed the response to validate your approval
