Finally approved and received my card
Green card based on marriage to USC. Washington DC FO. There were no updates for almost 4 months after our interview which went well. Reached out to Congressman and Senator to expedite which seems to have helped to finally get it approved. I'm so happy to be able to be finally done with this process 🎉

@Varun Jajala could you share the response you received at your initial interview 4 months ago ? i mean was there a reason it wasn't granted on the spot ?

The officer kept complaining about the system being slow. Apparently it was a new system. He told us that he wanted to approve our i-130 and i-485 but the system wouldn't let him. He said he has to raise an IT ticket and once that's done he'll approve. My wife asked how long it'll take to resolve the IT ticket and he said about a day lol which was clearly not the case

@Varun Jajala, thanks for sharing this, I appreciate you. At my interview 4 months ago, the officer said we should get a response within 3 week and since then my uscis account status have remained " Interview Was Completed and My Case Must Be Reviewed ". Has anyone had this status experience before now or currently experiencing such update ? Kindly share 🙏

how long can one submit application for Citizenship Naturalization if the person have been married for 3 already but just received a 10 years green card ?
