Finally Approved After Being Retrogressed
Sharing timeline for those waiting to get some info on timeline and give some hope. My EB3 skilled process was retrogressed last year and then became current in Jan bulletin. My PD was Feb 2022. Had to wait 2-3 months before i finally got the decision. Freedom finally 😭 .Good luck to all.

did you submit service request, congressional help?

@I O yes, it was in Case Remains Pending Status. I did submit congressional help in March and got generic response in April that my case was assigned to officer at NBC. And 1 week after that i got the approval. So that might have helped. Its definitely worth a try.

@ I went to state senator website where they had dedicated form to request help regarding federal agency cases. Submitted that form saying i havent seen any status updates in a while even after PD being current.
