I sent a letter to Vermont early May asking for the information because none of the customer service agents at USCIS would provide any info on my case. Beneficiary country is Jamaica. So, idk if it's just time or if it's the letter that caused the case approval. For those waiting long, I suggest sending a letter in the mail to your service center if that's the only way to get to them. Maybe, that will get them to look at your case, especially if you are in actively reviewing since last year.

USCIS Vermont service center Attn: humanitarian division 38 River Rd Essex junction VT 05479-0001 I just wrote to them laying out my timeline and that I haven't been getting any response when I call about my status. I asked for an update on my status as it's taking very long.
