@Asma North Carolina but when I applied i had new york ID plus the Lawyer didn’t do anything for except e filing my case 🤷🏽‍♂️

i waited 11 months i was actively reviewed then my case got approved today my lawyer called me saying soon i will have a case number then they will ask for tax return w2’s and something else but he didn’t mention an interview

ah I see, he is a petitioner who is in u.s. (most likely u.s. citizen) and filing for his spouse who is overseas. did I get it right?

it’s crazy how much petitioner can care about the case (usually it’s mostly beneficiaries who post in this app)
