I received literally no updates after my interview! My case got stuck on “case is ready to schedule interview” which was back in June 2021. My field office was Dallas, Tx

Génesis what made them jump on your case ? Mines was January 18 , I’m still waiting for the 120 days to be over so I can do something about it . My case status is interview complete , and case must be reviewed ☹️

Mines is Dallas Tx as well

@aseret what’s your file date? I submitted an out of processing time request because my file day was March 2021

My file date is APRIL 1 , 2019 😩

but I had to re file in April 1,2021

GENISIS; I did 😩 all the replied was this ; The status of this service request is: On 03/16/2022, you or your representative contacted U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) about your I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. A check of our records establishes that your case is still pending a decision by the adjudicating officer. We regret that we are not able to give you a time frame for when we will complete the review of your application. You will be notified by mail at the address on file once the review has been completed.

Aseret that’s the same thing mine said and then 2 weeks later I received this update! since it’s been over 120 days you can take sue them but that’ll cost some extra money too!

So it took two weeks for them to approve ? 😩 I hope that happens to me too . it’s so annoying, im constantly looking at the phone for updates ☹️
