Congratulations @San R how long after sending RFE?

congratulations!! Did you get any updates that your RFE was received before approval? My PD is also April 2023. I received a medical RFE in end-May and sent it on June 8th, but USCIS still shows it as requested. Talked to EMMA and they said I need to wait bc they can't see any updates 😢

@MOR L Sent RFE on June 4th, approved on June 29th so 24 days in between

@D GR No I didn’t get any updates what so ever. Live agents couldn’t even see that RFE was issued. Where is your case at now? Is it in Field office?

@San R I hope mine gets approved soon too. My case was transferred from NBC to Columbus OH field office. Emma couldn't tell when it was transferred, but I had to send the RFE to Columbus, and she confirmed my case is currently there

@D GR Mine was transferred from NBC to Cleveland FO in Ohio. I feel like it’s a matter of a week or so for your approval. A lot of people whose cases were transferred to FO have been approved on Reddit.

My case also LIN, got transferred from Nebraska field office to national benefit center after request for medical RFE, and it’s been 90+days since they received my RFE, congress asked me to wait for another 60 days till contact them again

dear all I have question, how long you need to work for employer after green card approval ? if you have valid authentic answer from attorney please reply as I feel my employer think I am employee for him for ever please. advise
