can I ask you one more question? Did you receive a letter after or before biometric that your case was transferred to Service Center?

biometrics weren’t needed. they acknowledged my previous biometrics on July of last year and I’ve been waiting ever since until they sent me a request to tedo the medical exam and once that’s done they processed my card
