@Shemmel I never got a work permit. I am OPT which doesn't expire until October, idk if that's the reason but I never got EAD or AP

@Mafe The RFE for the I-130 was that they couldn't find the page my husband signed. I also had a RFE for the form the I-485 for the accompanying form I-864 (I didn't send sufficient tax information)
