I was on unpaid suspension since October and my company will have to terminate me if I don't show work authorization asap. They asked me a letter from company stating the same. Also keep on asking them via chat if you don't hear from them. My first request had no response. So I asked them a week after, they submit another request but this time they asked for evidence.

do you mind sharing the letter your company provided (anything blacked out for privacy concerns)? I am looking to do the same thing in a month and an example would be so helpful!

How long took your expedite?

@chelsey Watson it was nothing fancy. It should be on Company letterhead and signed by someone in company. It was somewhere along this line, that I was put on suspension on XYZ date from XYZ job title because of work authorization. Initial suspension was coded for XYZ (January for me). And suspension was extended till April but it can not be extended any further. we will have to terminate his employment if he is failed to prove his work eligibility by that date.

ahhh ok our lawyers recommended the company writes their financial hardship if I am not work authorized. trying to find how to write it in a successful way.

how long took your expedite response

@J J I put in the first request on I think 3rd But no response. So I enquired on 10th again and they put in a new request. On 13th I got a request for evidence request. I submitted it on 15th (weekend I think). Today i got the approval.
