thanks all. @BB lawfully was good, I got a decision in the 21% probability bucket. There was radio silence from USCIS since biometrics, no notification regarding case status. Field office was Santa Ana, CA. I did check frequently with Emma Live Agent and they can tell sometimes if the file is sent over to field office, however this information changes between agents so take that with a grain of salt.
