I got a notification through this app, I checked the case status through the website and it says active review. I signed in and found the approval letter with the documents.

Where did you signed in? Was the case approved while the website was showing it was being actively reviewed by Uscis?

signed in USCIS website. yes it was showing actively reviewed yesterday. but today they changed it to approved.
