i think they lose the birth certificate on purpose! i had exactly the same and the lawyer 100% submitted it

Congratulations to you! You are so lucky compared to me. My PD is July 2022 then had RFE too but until now, there's no update on my case. I was so happy that my PD became current this month but then it didn't even moved.
