Finally done!!!
Don’t lose hope, you’ll get there, mine was a long a awful wait, whatever you decide to do next, keep yourself patient and find vehicles to manage the stress that this process generates… therapy, yoga, meditation, gym, running, painting… it all helped me.
I just hope new generations don’t need to go through so much stress to do things right when it comes to the human right of choosing where to live.

did you send your medical form along with i-485 when you filed on Aug2020? thought everyone from 2020 filers already have expired medicals so that's why they are requesting for rfe

No we didn’t file the medical form back in 2020… we did it in March/April this year… my attorney wanted to wait more but I pushed to send the exams I took in January… since my case wasn’t moving I thought it was better to make someone look at it…

also, I did ask the Congress Representative of my district for help also in March, receiving response just a few days before case was moved to NBC… then I also requested support from the Senator of my state, decision came the same day I got response from the senator’s office
