Final Approved…
This process has definitely been a roller coaster. My husband is Nigerian and resides in Turkey. Anyone know how long it takes the NVC to process application/have interview?

I did the k3 about two weeks ago, haven’t gotten a receipt notice for it yet.

omg ok. I did the k3 on jun 18 2021. I'm waiting for make an inquiry for the k3 because they are now in may 21. in few more days o can do the inquiry

Wow I submitted my documents in January and I got a response in April though It was an Rfe. I believe you should have gotten a reply from them already, My wife cries everyday it’s so frustrating

It is very frustrating. We didn’t get all of the documentation submitted until mid-April, which was an ordeal in itself considering my husbands home country isn’t Turkey. (Basically when we got married the marriage office near Fethiye took his original birth certificate and he didn’t receive it back.) I even reached out to a US Congressman, case hasn’t been reviewed yet.
