my pd 09/21, recently submitted medical rfe, my 131 has been denied right after submit medical rfe.

@Kim possible Your GC will probably be approved soon when your priority date arrives 🙏🏻I've heard some people talking about this. Has it been a long time since you submitted your RFE?

My PD is Aug/2021 and I haven’t received my medical RFE yet

@Shweta P my pd is Aug/2021 and i haven’t got anything after my last rfe and case remains pending but my medical will expire on 03/2026.

@talha khalid I am in the same situation, my pd July 2021, received a medical RFE in July 2023 then CRP, medical will expire in a few months

@Milly M @Th Ng medical rfe received 02/2025 and resubmitted 03/2025. don’t know why my i131 got denied.. will see!

@Kim possible I watched a video on YouTube where someone mentioned that. The same thing happened and it didn't take long to receive the GC. Please let us know if this happens to you.
