hey family i have a question i am a international student and I finished my school and now I don’t have a status and i been married to my wife one year and my wife she is a green card holder can she apply for my to get a green card

Please remember that overstay (out-of-status) is not forgiven if a green card holder petitions for you. It is only forgiven when a US citizen petitions.

@TOM D as @Stacey O said remember the over stay they will deny you because your spouse is a green card holder , trust me I have been there , I know others who have been there, so best bet wait until she gets her citizenship, then you guys can do your adjustment change . best of luck
