filling I-765 and I-131 renewl based on pending I-485 C09 ( do i need send renewal fees)
hello everyone please help if anyone went through same boat
I about file I-765 and I-131 renewl based on pending I-485 C09 !
i just want to know do it need to send renewal fees for both cases ?

Gagan, I'm doing this exact same thing. I'm employment based. There is no filing f e for renewal. I'm confused over where to send the documents. I live in NC. the website gives two different addresses for the two forms. Are you EB as well?

Thankfully I don't have to send my renewal papers. my I485 got approved yesterday
