Filling Form Marriage Based Greencard with Greencard Holder (LPR)
My husband is just got his permanent resident card (greencard) and he plan to sponsor me greencard as well. Currently I stay in the US with active working visa. Can we fill form I-130 together with I-485, I-131, and I-765 at the same time? or we need to fill form I-130 only then waiting it got accepted or should we wait till the visa bulletin is current ?
just little bit confused with the timeline for greencard holder

You can file concurrently-I-130, 485, 765 and 131 at the same time since your priority (F2A) is current. Goodluck

How I know my f2a is current? is it because my current visa still active while I stay in the US?

You can know when you check the visa bulletin. I will advise you to employ a an immigration lawyer if you can afford it
