been waiting for 7 months, but mine been approved.

whats noa mean and how can i find it??

It means notification of action, they will mail it to you, when did you filled out your form?

noa1 when uscis receives your package they notify you by text message and a letter by mail, the same way when your approved you receive noa2

I received a letter when they got the package

on july sumbit paper work

it takes from 6 to 8 months, if you don't get anything after the 8 months you should contact them, remember that they are working with the cases from last year

they are working now on feb 13 and they received my RFE already they say is going fast

I called them like 3 weeks ago and they told me that they were working on January 22nd, so I'm guessing they are working fast, I sent my application back on April and they told me to wait the regular time frame

When the operator answers and says that she can help you all you need to say is *process info* a few times

İ fıled K1 Jan 11,2021- asked for Medıcal Expedite- denıed*(lawyer screwed up) now got RFE emaıl 9/25- letter of RFE 9/30……..maıled RFE back overnıght same day**** they got RFE ın system- but they saıd they wılll gıve a descıon or tell me ıf they need somethıng- you got an actual tıme when they wıll gıve you a reaponse? Oct 29?? can you tell me more?-:-) ///for RFE/ Approval/decsıon? ı never got that?— ı am at CA process center***.

in basing time on this app it say estimated time between sep 29 to oct 29 decision

mines says after Sep 10th and still nothing and the % is more than 85, we just need to wait

@A E i understand ok true… i was able to get my RFE in mail and mailed right back, same day/ so…. hope for soon in my approval but I am still confused about NVC stage and what’s needed*^*^. TY

They say 6-8 months but it feels like an eternity. 😂😭

@Rachel Perkıns, Hello sorry for late reply; yes they say 6-8 mos at USCİS- our case was approved ın lıttle over 9 mos, and Ive seen on average ıts takıng 8 months for them to approve…..Good Luck!, & yes ıt feels lıke ıt wıll never happen but ıt wıll! stay strong AQ

now time frame is 6.0 to 9.5 months 😥😥
