considering the backlog of i140 of 2022 which is more than 2021, it’s unlikely to move so fast.

they have around 6k applications in their current inventory. So, I do not expect that they will change the date next month

USCIS has recently published their October 2025 I-485 inventory and it shows only 3,200 applicants are remaining with PD 2021. I am not sure about cp cases because there is no data available.

@sam young thats a very optimistic input if 3200 cases still in the line and might 5k including cp as most of cases are aos i believe we might touch 2022 in this FY!!
