Family Issues
I have a friend that I’m seeking some help for. He has been married to this U.S citizen wife for over 7 years and they have a daughter together, but she has been physically, mentally and emotionally abuse him. Also she doesn’t want him to obtain his Greencard thru her, also he has been facing Infidelity, she recently just had a baby for another guy. please leave your comment below, can he file VAWA?

sorry to hear that , yes he can file vawa its take almost 3 years now a days , if he has strong evidence of abuse then he should file i360 along with i485

There is no stronger evidence than her having a baby for another guy while still married to him. Add that to all the other evidence of abuse, your vawa case should be justified.
