hi I have a case of f4 pd 05/04/2008 when I check case status it shows case was received at local office on 12/29/2009 how much more time will it take to be approved

did you submit all your fees? is it in NVC or in Islamabad embassy?

Did you check visa bulletin? I think as for my knowledge 2007 don't know about the month.
