Hello,
Can I file an I-130 for my unmarried son over 21. I am a beneficiary of an I-130 approved petition F3 category but didn’t continue the process with NVC (waiting for the visa bulletin), so still I don’t have a green card only an approval from the USCIS.

@My Case no yet. it was received by USCIS on January 30, 2024.
