I'm not too far behind you, April 2022. I stopped expecting petition to be approved until the visa bulletin becomes current. I know it is not easy, but help yourself and stop expecting it to approve soon.

After your spouse becomes a citizen your process will speed up. When a green card holder files for a family member is not a priority. It is a priority when a citizen files. Unfortunately is the way things works. Ask your spouse to do the citizenship and send it to the immigration to change your case from F2A to F1. Your case will be a priority and things will work faster. I hope that helps. 🙏🏼

@Evgheni S my case was in Vermont but suddenly they shifted it Nebraska and still now i don’t get my approval.. on the other hand in Vermont already July and August months cases are approving.. i really don’t know why they did this and what is the reason

@minni m did you try sending an inquiry? Because in Nebraska they are approving in 2022 already. You should try

@Alexa g actually my case was in Vermont service centre last month i send a inquiry in Vermont service centre but after inquiry they suddenly send my case in Nebraska centre... i am totally confused why they did this..my pd is May 2021, Vermont centre also approving August's month cases..but still now im in a whimsical situation

@minni m I know someone else who was also in Vermont en in July 30th they send her case to Nebraska too. and after seeing many casses from Nebraska being approved she send an inquiry, they said she should receive an answer within 60 days.

@Alexa g mu husband already did mandamus...now we have to wait minimum 60 days..only GOD will help us...😔
