@Puj unfortunately no update. tried filing a service request but was told to wait another two days before filing. they are currently on 5/17 cut off for normal processing.

@Del Melbourne yes, you can open a request when you complet 40 months.

@Carol Gallis were you able to open an enquiry only on the 1st day after 40 months? For my 5/19/2022 priority, the processing times page prompted enquiry beginning 9/9 but haven’t been able to submit the form yet. will try tomorrow 9/20 to submit the service request.

@Del Melbourne Yes, I was able to submit on the 15th, my priority date is May 14th. They ask for 60 days for analysis.

I received an email from the congressman yesterday, with a copy of the USCIS response to them. They said my case is with an agent, and that if I don't receive a response within 45 days, I should reply to the email. The deadline for my inquiry is this Saturday... @Del Melbourne @Puj

hello @A A ! yes, he did. he sent me a copy and also sent me the response from USCIS. However, even with his help, I was approved after the shutdown ended, next day. you need to have more than 40 months of processing time to request their help, ok.
