my husband filing for my children petition for them since Jan 2021 from my eldest daughter was 17 years old now she’s going 2022 . don’t get approval yet it is saying still in process

@R B how do I expedite ? the senate sent me a form to fill out requesting the i130 form . due to hurricane Melissa house was damage I explain all that children have to be at seperate places. it can be expedite under that reason ?

@R B I reach out to congressman man 1 year and 8 months ago and the response he gave is that uscis stated the case came back from the center in Texas to the field office they waiting for a interview slot to interview the petitioner which is my husband. I would like to know why they want to interview my husband we married almost 6 years I got my 10 year green card . my children stuck in another country.

@R B CSPA starting August 15,2025 the petition have to be approved before that child can eligible law changed . my daughter was 17 at time my husband Petitioned for her march coming she will be 22 he case haven’t been approved yet. dos that mean she’s not eligible for CSPA ?
