That's a good sign. It means they're at least looking on your case.

hang in there it's a good sign .I remember when my son case got transferred from CA to Nebraska I was mad ,I called and spoke with an officer he told me that was a good sign, In 6 months I got approved. wishing you good luck. I'm a permanent resident as well.

were you able to speak to a representative? I keep calling but I only get on to the automated service and it tells me that nothing is outstanding with my case, however, it doesn’t tell me the services center.
