F1 to VaWa
I am currently an F1 student and I have been married for a while now but I am currently experiencing abuse in my marriage and can’t continue school because I was diagnosed of depression and some other health issues, I failed school last semester because this. if I stop school while waiting for my EAD & AP will I have any issues?

take that letter from doctor and go to international advisor ask for semester off ! dont loose your status util its out of your control.

out of status is not going to hurt VAWA but being in status is always good and safe

Even after getting EAD and AP does he/she have to maintain F1 until i360 approval?
