Extension under process - Job change h1 transfer
My current employer filed my visa extension before my I-94 expiry, and it is still in process. I’m now getting a new job, and the new employer is ready to file the transfer.
Will this create any issues since the extension hasn’t been approved yet?
Do we need the extension to be approved first before submitting the transfer?
please help me with your experiences and feedback

I am on the same page, New employer filed for COE petetion in premium. I will update once decision is received.
