Exploring Canadian Student Visa Options While Awaiting USCIS Approval.
Hi everyone,
Hope you all are doing good and fighting along gracefully.
let this month be a unusual miracles for everyone who are going through like us.
I’ve applied for a spouse visa (I-130 A) at the Vermont Service Center (husband green card holder) and it's been a year since my application.
I’m considering applying for a Canadian student visa to pursue a master’s degree. Can I apply for the Canadian visa while my USCIS application is pending? Will this affect my USCIS process in any way?
Any insights would be appreciated! 🥺 Please 🙏

you can apply it will not affect but it will boost your chances to get student visa for canada.

Your address will change if you relocate, how much that will affect I'm not sure.

@Jackson U it will have no effect. just need to update new physical address and submit documents of student visa along with that. This will also help to get an early interview date at NVC level because Canadian Embassy have relatively less wait times.
